European audit of the Ukrainian national system of research and innovations
“The Horizon 2020” Political Support Instrument (PSI) panel has published the final report of an independent European audit of the Ukrainian national research and innovation system. The document was prepared by a commission of independent experts and leading experts from the EU relevant ministries . In conclusion to the report, the authors give recommendations to the Government of Ukraine on the development and implementation of reforms of the national NTI system, guided by the proposed key provisions.
