The general objective of the course is to attract attention of the Ukrainian community to the necessity of digital innovations in all spheres of the society in order to foster integration and cooperation between Ukraine and European Union implementing best experience and strategies for changes.
Objectives:
- provide students with necessary knowledge and skills in the field of digital innovations development as a key factor for Ukrainian strategy of EU integration;
- encourage young generation, researches, professionals, teachers, and other academic representatives in European Union studies of digital innovations;
- encourage young generation to disseminate experience of EU studies of digital innovations and policy of their regulations;
- foster the dialogue between the academic world and society, identifying the gap of digitalization and determine strategy direction for Ukrainian society taking into account EU experience in the digital area;
- dissemination of the theoretical and practical knowledge about the role of digital innovations in EU and their importance for Ukraine;
- promote of scientific knowledge about development of digital innovations and their impact on EU integration;
- creation and strengthening cooperation under the Erasmus + programs between partner universities.

Presentation of learning outcomes of the discipline «Ukraine-EU: digital innovations for Changes»
A presentation of the learning outcomes of the participants of the course «Ukraine-EU: digital innovations for changes» took place. The participants presented reports on the development of digital innovations in the EU and the opportunities of implementation of European experience in Ukraine. We are especially grateful for the contribution to the research of digital innovations to the students of the EEC-22-1 group:
Vadim Korenev, Kirill Levytskyi, Anastasia Mochalova, Valery Moshchytskyi, Maksym Pivovarov, Daria Polyakova.
Elena Vyacheslavivna Murzabulatova, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Economic Cybernetics and Economic Security Management of NURE, was invited to the event and acted as an expert on the evaluation of learning outcomes.

Guest lecturer David Cayla
Guest lecturer David Cayla, PhD, Associate Professor from the University of Angers (France) presented a lecture session on regulation of competition in the digital economy. The participants of the course “Ukraine-EU: digital Innovations for change” got acquainted with the European practice of regulation of competition in digital markets, as well as analysed the peculiarities of market behaviour and factors of competitiveness of digital companies and their business units.

László Vértesy, Dr. habil; PhD jur; PhD œc., Head of the Department of Economics and Natural Resources of the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Natural Sciences held a session of lectures on digitalization of the banking sphere, public services and digital law in business and artificial intelligence.
The lecture session was completed in the format of a «living library», where students could communicate with the speaker on the issues of the project.
The events are organized as part of the implementation of the international project Erasmus+ Jean Monet Module Erasmus+ Jean Monet Module #101047751- EUDI4C.

Scientists, teachers, PhD students, and students of higher education institutions and research institutions, as well as practitioners participated in the international conference.
The participants presented research on the digital transformation of the socio-economic system of modern society.

Training for professional groups and other general interested public
Head of Department of Economic Сybernetics and Management of Economic Security, Tetiana Polozova conducted a practical seminar for business specialists, who represented legal companies, industrial enterprises, IT companies and the e-commerce sector. The interaction of the speaker with the participants made it possible to acquire knowledge and skills regarding the implementation of digital transformations in business in the context of European integration.

Monitoring of the project implementation. Working session
A working meeting of team members of EUDI4C project took place. During the working meeting, monitoring of the implementation of the project indicators in accordance with the work plan was carried out. Activities and planned results for the 2023-2024 academic year were also determined at the meeting.

Participation in the international conference
Researchers of the Economic Cybernetics and Economic Security Management Department Tetiana Polozova, Irina Kolupaeva, Iryna Sheyko participated in the international conference with a report on the topic “Interrelations between digital development and IT&hi-tech, R&D sectors, labor market in EU countries”. The International conference “Hradec economic days” was held at the University of Hradec Karlovy (Czech Republic).

The learning outcomes of the participants of the course «Ukraine-EU: digital innovations 4 changes» were presented. Course is implemented within the framework of the international project Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module «Ukraine-EU: Digital Innovations making connections 4 сhanges» #101047751-EUDI4C. The students presented the European experience of digital innovations, as well as identified the further possibilities of the digital strategy of Ukraine. The meeting was organized using the Google meet online platform.

Webinar “Digital transformation: EU experience and opportunities 4 Ukraine”
A webinar was organized on the topic: Digital transformation: EU experience and opportunities 4 Ukraine.The event was attended by scientists, representatives of the business environment and NGOs.
Speakers from 4 countries – Sweden, Lithuania, Hungary and Ukraine – presented their own research and shared their experience regarding digitization in public administration, law, economy and business.
The webinar was organized as part of the implementation of the international project Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module #101047751- EUDI4C, as well as with the support of the European Federation of Academies of Sciences and Humanities (ALLEA).

The lectures session of guest speaker Laszlo Vertesy, Dr. habil, PhD jur; PhD œc. from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (Hungary) was held.
The main theses that were considered during the meetings:
- Digital Banking 1.0-4.0, FinTech solutions in the Banking and Insurance sector;
- Digitalization of Public Services and Public Administration, e-government;
- Digital law application in business and Artificial Intelligence.

Olena Shevchenko, Doctor of economics, Professor of the Donbas State Machine-Building Academy (Ternopil city) was invited to the event. Olena Shevchenko was acted the role of expert on the evaluation of training results.

A session of lectures by project partners #101047751- EUDI4C was held.
László Vértesy, Dr. habil, PhD jur; PhD œc. from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (Hungary) presented lectures on issues of digitization of public administration, business, as well as banking and insurance.
David Cayla, PhD, Associate Professor from the University of Angers (France) presented lectures on the regulation of competition in the digital economy.
The final meeting with László Vértesy took place in the format of a “living library”.
The meeting format of the “living library” session with David Cayla on November 24 was changed due to technical reasons and organized by posting a video on the youtube channel https://youtu.be/Iv9vKbTKqUo.

Based on the results of the course «Ukraine-EU: Digital Innovation for Change», students presented reports and shared their opinions on the development of digital innovation in the EU and the use of European experience in Ukraine. Dubrovina Nadiya PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the University of Economics and Management in Bratislava was invited to the event. Nadiya Dubrovina conducts research on the development of digital innovations in medicine in the EU, in particular in Slovakia, and she has been an expert in assessing learning outcomes.

Researches of the department (Professor Tetiana Polozova, Professor Irina Kolupaieva, and Associated Professor Iryna Sheiko ) took part in the international conference «The temporal problems in macro and micro economics: theory and practical evidence», organized by the Bratislava University of Economics and Management. The conference was attended by scientists and practitioners from Slovakia, Great Britain, Czech Republic, India, Sweden, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan and Germany. Researches presented report «Digital Transformation: Challenges and Strategic Opportunities for Country Development». Participation in such event allowed to present at the international level the main areas of implementation, content, objectives and work plan of the Erasmus Jean Monnet Module project # 101047751-EUDI4C.

There was a working meeting of the project participants, during of which the following questions were discussed:
– the roles of the members of the project team were assigned;
– the working plan for the implementation of the project was approved;
– the recommendations of the experts to the syllabus and the working program of the discipline were appointed;
– the content of the course “Ukraine-EU: Digital innovations for changes” was clarified;
– events and deliverables were determined for spring 2022.

Erasmus + Jean Monnet Module project # 101047751-EUDI4C «Ukraine-EU: Digital innovations making connections 4 changes» has presented at the meeting of the Economic Cybernetics and Economic Security Management Department. Coordinator Irina Kolupaieva introduced the directions of the project implementation and planned activities for teaching and research.
