Countering Hybrid Threats: Join the WARN Conference
The Department of Economic Сybernetics and Management of Economic Security at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (NURE) invites researchers, academic staff, postgraduate and undergraduate students, and practitioners to participate in the 7th International Scientific and Practical Conference “MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION RESPONSES TO HYBRID THREATS”
The conference will take place within the WARN community, established through the Erasmus+ international project Academic Response to Hybrid Threats (WARN).
The conference is organized by the National Transport University (NTU). The co-organizers are the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (NURE) and the Academician Yuriy Bugay International Scientific and Technical University (ISTU).

- Working languages: Ukrainian and English
- Participation: Free of charge, including publication of conference abstracts. All participants will receive an electronic certificate.

How to Participate
To participate, please complete the following steps by 8 November 2026 (inclusive):
- Submit your conference abstract to the organizing committee at warn_conf@ukr.net.
- Complete the author registration form.
Abstracts must not exceed three pages. References should be formatted in accordance with the Ukrainian national standard DSTU 8302:2015. The electronic conference proceedings will be published on the NTU website by 23 December 2026. Proceedings from previous editions of the conference are available through Google Scholar.
Detailed submission guidelines and an abstract template are provided in the conference information letter (PDF).
We invite you to contribute to the academic dialogue, present your research findings, and exchange perspectives on current challenges in countering hybrid threats and managing organizations amid a rapidly changing environment.
