Guide to training methods in conditions of hybrid threats
One of the extremely important results of the WARN project, namely, a manual on the methodology of training in the conditions of hybrid threats, was presented at the working meeting of the WARN project on January 24, 2024.
The manual contains the results of research and development of the entire project consortium, which are universal. The obtained results are not tied to any specialty and can be applied in the educational process of any educational program. The recommendations outlined in the manual will help the teacher to prepare professionals who are resistant to modern challenges.
The proposed methodology is an integral component of the formation of unique competence formulated within the framework of the WARN project: the ability to perform one’s professional and public duties in unexpected, unforeseeable, even extreme situations caused by hybrid threats.
Such competence cannot be formed only on the basis of appropriate educational content. It is necessary to help acquirers to develop the skills of comprehensive protection against specific hybrid threats. This is the task performed by the proposed method.
The manual is publicly available. Information about manual and a link are posted on the WARN project website. On the basis of the training methodology in the conditions of hybrid threats, project activities will take place – mini-courses for improving the qualifications of teachers (announcements will be presented).
