MES Announces Competition for Research and Development Projects for 2027
The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has announced a competitive selection of research and technological (experimental) developments to be launched in 2027 as part of the state-funded research programme.
The competition covers 13 priority areas and corresponding technical tasks. Key requirements include a focus on an applied outcome and its practical use, relevance to the current needs of the state, as well as well-grounded technological and resource parameters of the proposed development. The maximum total cost of one development is up to UAH 10 million.
The application deadline is 26 October 2026, at 13:00 Kyiv time. Applications must be submitted electronically through the NAUKA National Electronic Research Information System, using a qualified or appropriate advanced electronic signature.
