1983- graduated from Kharkiv State University with a degree in Finance and Credit.
1994 – completed training at the Union of Auditors of Ukraine (NTP “Navchannya”) in Professional Audit.
Academic Activity
2001 –Senior Lecturer at the Department of Economic Cybernetics and Economic Security Management, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (part-time).
Administrative Activity
2020 –Deputy Chief Accountant at NURE. Areas of responsibility: strategic planning, budget management, business analytics.
Public and Organizational Activity
Member of the NURE Permanent Commission on Structure and Expenditure Optimization to ensure sustainable development and continued operation of the university during wartime.
Teaching Activity
Courses taught: “Economics and Business.”
Research Activity
Research interests: Financial modeling of motivation systems, optimization of human resource productivity, and the development of modern labor incentive mechanisms under conditions of economic instability.
