💁‍ On November 14, 2019, the Prospective Development Department of KNURE organizes an international seminar of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) regarding the Patent Cooperation Treaty and the Madrid International Trademark Registration System, which will bring together international and national experts, civil officials, researchers and practitioners.

Themes:

– PCT system, advantages of patenting under the PCT procedure (Patent Cooperation Treaty) compared to the traditional system of foreign patenting;

– the main stages of paperwork on an international application;

– general principles, latest development trends and features;

– use of the Madrid system to obtain trademark protection abroad.

The workshop is the result of the collaboration of the Center for Technology and Innovation Support (TISC) of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics with the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine and WIPO.
