2002 – postgraduate student of the Economic Policy Department at the Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration (KhRIPA), UAPA under the President of Ukraine (later NAPA under the President of Ukraine);
2005 – Senior Lecturer of the HRM and Labor Economics Department at the KhRIPA NAPA under the President of Ukraine;
2008 – PhD in Public Administration (Candidate of Sciences), specialty 25.00.02 – Mechanisms of Public Administration;
2008 – Associate Professor of the Chair of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and National Security at the KhRIPA NAPA under the President of Ukraine;
2011 – Graduate of the National School of Administration, France, specialty – Public Administration;
2011 – Associate Professor of the Department of Tourism, Department of Public Administration and Regional Economics, S.Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics;
2018 – completed European Public Policy Analysis Program, College of Europe, Belgium;

- 2008-2009 – Responsible manager of National research project “Development of effective foreign economic doctrine at the regional level in the process of integration of Ukraine to the global economic space” (DR№0107U000576);
- 2007-2008 – leading researcher of the research project “Formation and development of regional integration mechanisms of Ukraine to the European Union” (DR №0106U001261).
Research interests: public administration, European and regional integration, investment activity.

2012 -2013 project manager of the development Centre de reussite universitaire of Agence universitaire de la francophonie as one of two centers in Ukraine;
